Julie Adams was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions in detail. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions! She was communicative and kept us in the loop, even when we were just waiting. Of course, her rate was great and she had no fees.

I had contacted several mortgage bankers to acquire information in making an informed decision on a VA home loan refi. I became disappointed/discouraged as their rates, which seemed high, and the limited information provided left me in confusion. My son directed me to Zillow. Julie Adams was a phenomenal loan officer. She coordinated our loan while we were overseas returning home, and helped us to close in 28 days! She was always available to answer our questions, even on weekends. When I had a “dumb” question, she answered professionally and honestly, never making me feel as if was an out of line question. She took the time to explain each section of the loan estimate and closing disclosure. I would go to Julie again in a heartbeat to find us a home loan!
