Excellent communication, was given updates weekly. Process was easy as most of my paperwork was already on file. When something was needed I was sent a personal email to review.

I was not informed of the correct HOA monthly payment though multiple people I worked with were. I feel that someone should have advised that the HOA was NOT what was on the listing yet nobody did.
