Juliette was amazing, but the whole experience was rough. We were asked to send the same documents many times over, I understand that as self employed individuals our mortgage wasn't very easy, or cut and dry, but our refinance took several months, with many delays. There was confusion on credit card usage, payoff, closing funds needed, etc. Again, Juliette was wonderful and communicative through the process, but I feel she was let down by the support staff of summit.
