I'm two months in with Jumpstart MD, and I'm already seeing real progress toward my health and weight goals! From the start, the whole team has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. My PA-C, Ranim, has been fantastic--she really took the time to design a personalized plan that aligns with my goals and what would work best for me. My health coaches have been super supportive, too. Overall, I'm feeling optimistic and well-cared for!

Love the staff. They are very responsive and give great feedback on tracking your health. They keep you accountable understanding circumstances and help get you back in track in an individualized way. Just stick to the plan with then and they will keep tweaking everything to get to your goals.
If you're reading this review that means you've been dealing with weight problems for too long. I definitely have been fluctuating so long, have tried every fad diet imaginable, every book, etc. Some, admittedly were temporarily successful but unfortunately the results did not last long. I've been through Jumpstarts program twice! The first time I started in the Summer of 2020 and ended up losing about 15 pounds. I stopped the program for about a year because I had a successful fertility treatment and had a baby. Once I felt ready to come back, I returned in July of 2021 to restart the program. Prior to Jumpstart, I had tried everything in order to lose weight. Yes, everything! I started 2021 dedicated to a ketogenic diet, and I did somewhat well. However, I was stuck and frustrated that I wasn't having "magic" results like everyone else on keto. I'm so grateful for the insight and guidance that Jumpstart has given me. Honestly JumpstartMD has changed my life! When my general physician said the only thing left he could think of was full bariatric surgery, I knew there had to be something else. The JumpstartMD weigh loss program works! I just completed 4 months of the program and met my goals. It's actually a great journey that me and my sister, and cousin started and finished together. I too am thrilled to have discovered JumpStartMD. One of the things that I appreciate about the staff in Pleasanton is how much concern this office shows for their patients.
