I was seem promptly. Ms. Sidebottom was knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel the the appointment was rushed.

We were very pleased with Juneau Urgent. They got my wife and I in on short notice. The PA Mr. Prom was thorough, caring and communicated extremely well and had very good eye contact. He answered all our questions. It's never good to be I'll but its worse when your out of town on vacation. Mr. Prom and Juneau Urgent Care fiscal outstanding job of making us feel at ease.
