The check in process was easy. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The med techs were friendly and understanding. The provider was knowledgeable, understanding and completely awesome.
Really friendly and welcoming receptionist. I was taken to the exam room within 10 minutes. Was interviewed by the medical assistant. And waited quite a while for the nurse practitioner. I felt very comfortable and confident in my care since it turned out the practitioner was someone had known formally and knew she was smart and capable. Great experience all in all. Very grateful that there is a walk-in clinic so close to my home
I was a walk in after work and was seen very promptly. Whole staff was great, especially my nurse Sarah. She was very kind, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable. 10/10
