The communication with the loan officer and underwriting. The length of time to get an answer to Why we didn’t close sooner. Then underwriting wanted history from 10 years ago. It was not communicated well. We are waiting on funds that should have released in 3 days and we haven’t received them. The payoff checks were suppose to be overnighted and we still have not received them. Most of the delays I feel could have been better communicated with all parties responsible for loan approval.
