The steaks are always great, new sour dough bread bowl really good. They. have added a dessert cart with after dinner drink selections. Staff as always very friendly and good at their jobs. The K-Bar is one of our favorite places to eat in Southern Oregon. We heard that the steamed clams and scallops appetizers may be coming back!!!! Yum
The prime rib special on Friday and Saturday nights is a great deal and the bartender is awesome.
I had a fillet it was very good. My boyfriend had a ribeye, and it had a very large gristle through the middle of it. He had a tough time eating it. Other than that, we had a good time.
We ordered the porter house steak for two, it's not worth the money paid from it. The cut is thin , and the strip steak long tail was cut off. The steak was over seasoned with salts and the truffle steak fries were over seasoned too. The waiter was amazing and super polite, attentive and very courteous.
As always the service is outstanding, from the moment you step through the doors to when you leave. Food portion, flavor, and presentations, are best in my opinion and have tried many upper scale restaurant.
