They were just plain wonderful and very nice people.
Overall, we had a ok experience except for two things. We wanted to see three different colors of shutters against our base color. We were told by a manager who shall remain nameless at this time, that it wouldn’t be a problem, they would get the samples to us right away. Well, they sent down a full set of all white, which was our least favorite of the three we chose to look at, and I think they were hoping we would just decide to take them and call it good. Well, no.
