You need to clean up the poor management and maintenance issues at your properties. Broken contracts on the part of properties managers, lies by leasing agents, rude office staff. Kairoi Residential is not a trustworthy company. You can do much better. Be proactive and start at your corporate city properties.
They took over Cortland Lincoln Station, which was always in impeccable shape, and within three weeks of owning it this property is absolutely disgusting. Obviously the manager or corporate does not walk the properties because they would be mortified. Zero stars . I would warn anybody not to choose this company.
This company is in charge of The Woodford On Mockingbird in Midland, TX and it's horrible. The rent is extremely high and will be increasing in August, the messages to office staff are not answered through the resident portal if you have a complaint such as noise because the walls are paper thin, the entire grounds smell of dog urine and there's dog feces everywhere. My daughter moved into one of Kairoi's properties, Lincoln Village ( San Antonio) and she has had nothing but bad experiences. From roaches to rats to water leak and damage to her furniture to black mold. When she reported this to management office she was ignored. This is a parent's worse nightmare. Its her first apartment and for her to move out of her family home into filth breaks my heart. No one from the office gives a care about the condition of the unit.
