I moved into Amelia early this year and it has been the most terrible experience I have had living in an apartment complex. Since living here I have had 5 different instances where my key has not worked (they use smart keys with motion detection) and have had to wait outside of my apartment for 30 minutes at a time waiting to be let in. Hi I live at la Silva pool closed for the last 4 days again would love to come down to corporate and talk to somebody I've lived here for 5 years the pools been nothing but trouble for 4 years and nobody wants to listen to what the problem is
I would not recommend this company because one of their locations put false charges on my account and i cannot get in touch with i have been trying for 2 weeks now

The property was taken over by these guys. The moment they did everything went to hell fast. They didn’t fulfill any service requests! Lied and said they came then said oh I’m sorry we didn’t know what the problem was. They threw my personal belongings away without permission. The office manager is rude to no end for no reason. Just hateful. I tried to pay my last months rent (partial month) and they didn’t know the total. She would get back to me. When she sent it to me on the 5th it has a$150 late fee!!!????
