Excellent Community theQUINCI has been a fantastic community for my family and I. We moved out of downtown looking for more space and better living. We have definitely found that here. The townhomes are beautiful and well designed. Having been here for part of summer, and winter; I can say they are well insulated and energy efficient too. But the icing (and cherry too) on the cake would be the staff. Mikayla is amazing at her job. Best place ever I’ve lived here for about 5 months and I only have positive feelings about the place! The pool is incredible, the staff is super friendly and my apartment is incredible!! I wish I moved here right when I moved to Austin

Best apartment community The Ellery is very well maintained, has a quiet and professional/student community, and I absolutely love the community events they host! Office staff is very communicative, understanding, and professional. Maintenance is timely and does excellent work.

A perfect fit for remote/hybrid workers. I've lived here going on 4 years now. It's perfect for me because I'm in-office 2 days a week and at home the other three. I've never lost connectivity during a meeting. This area of Lamar has a ton of places to walk to. Probably the biggest plus is some really cool people work here. For example, Amir in maintenance who came to my apartment (in his dress clothes, and on his day off) to repair my plumbing.

Fantastic Downtown Location! I absolutely love my apartment here and I am sad to leave. I decided to make the move now, instead of waiting until 2027 when my phase 2 building is set for demolishment. My view over San Pedro Creek is amazing and the song of birds always around, quacking's of the ducks are so adorable. The management team always supported me and they are a very approachable team. This property has a special place in my heart, I wish everyone here only the best!

Very good service I have been living here for two weeks and I am very impressed with the quality of service.
