Verified Renter Great location, good price to live downtown and is solid quality/ spacious. Amenities could be improved but I think the new managment is working on that
BEST TEAM I have just lived here for about 2 months, but from start to now, they all have been so helpful, Alexandria was amazing and helpful when signing my lease and answering questions, and Alex and his team are super friendly and kind. I have met some great neighbors at the dog park, it is a nice quiet place to live.
Two bedroom We recently moved into one of the two bedrooms and the apartment is so spacious. The windows bring in so much natural light.
Will renew my lease! The team here is so accommodating and helpful. When I'm missing a package they stop what they're doing to come help me find it (even when it's right in front of my face).. Would give 6 stars if I could! 10/10 recommend living here!

*LOVE* this community The Boheme Apartments in Dallas, Texas, is the best place to live in the Bishop Arts District because of its great location and lively community. It’s right in the middle of a fun neighborhood with lots of local shops, restaurants, and cool places to visit. The apartments are modern and comfortable with great amenities. Plus, it’s easy to get around with nearby public transportation and highways, making it convenient for both work and fun.
overall great apartment Great apartment with nice amenities. Pros: amazing staff. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew will always come same day if you need anything fixed. Also a great area to live in everything is walkable with great shops and restaurants nearby. Cons: thin ceiling. I wouldn't live anywhere else but the fourth floor or you'll hear people walking around unless you get lucky with nice neighbors and garbage truck comes at 8a.m every morning, wakes you up every time.
New Move-In Very easy move-in, the staff is very helpful, & most importantly they communicate and want the experience to be great.
