Overall very good experience
Dr Patel listened to what I had to say not just telling this is what we are going to do. I like that what we talked about is my decision but also wanted to see if I had lost any more kidney function. I will continue see him because he cares.
Dr. Patel is an outstanding urologist. He made me feel secure and comfortable with a rather embarrassing and sensitive condition. Outstanding clarity and bedside manners. Knowledge and to the point, but also takes the time to make you feel totally at ease. Can’t give him enough stars.
Totally wonderful. Love him & his team. Nurse is very understanding. Dr Patel takes time to listen. Just wonderful. Have an appointment soon. P
Dr PATEL IS AMAZING ! He takes care of my Mother , father in law and ME. I highly recommend this Urologist without reservation. He is very professional , courteous, and incredibly smart.
Dr. Patel was able to make a differential diagnosis for me and determined my real problem. I highly recommend him.
Was always late to appointments whether in person or telehealth. Never returned phone calls. Never followed up on cancer diagnosis. Arrogant. Admitted to being too busy to respond via MyChart. Unhelpful and poorly trained staff.
Lesson learned, check reviews. All recent are 1 star and they are correct. I had an initial consult after night in ER due to kidney stone. His recommendation was to give it two weeks to pass and if not pursue other options and possible surgery. No discussion of pain management for the 2 weeks, what to do, possible meds, etc. Over next 3 days with several episodes of intense pain, it was impossible to speak with him, only getting calls back (after begging to see/speak with him) from assistants who did not have answers or able... read more
When I had my appointment I think it was less than 5 minutes that he talked to me. He said I needed a bladder scan but the soonest I could get one was the end of December. I’m having horrible symptoms and it’s obviously not too important to the people in that office.
