Before this time, I would have highly recommended this practice. However; do to the experience I have had getting implants has changed my mind. I did the radiograph required at your Shortt Pump location in late October, 2022. As of this date, January 4, 2023, I still do not have them. It seems two different labs your company uses, neither has got templates back to my oral surgeon. I have been in contact with Jesse at your Sandston location. I went back to Short Pump last week for more X-rays. This delay is unacceptable to me... read more
Dr. Keeny and the staff were very professional, explained to me everything that needed to be done and scheduled me very quickly for a dental implant. The procedure was relatively painless and stress free. I highly recommend Virginia Oral and Facial Surgery and Dr. Keeny in particular.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Keeney was exceptional in explaining factors of throughout his consult. Dr. Keeney was really friendly and made every effort to answer any questions I had to assist in my being able to make decisions regarding having teeth implanted.
