My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted on 12/16. The pre-op appointment and the surgery were fine. Dr. Dymon was not overly personable at either appointment, so I hope his surgical skills are better since I chose him based on my dentist's recommendation. I specifically asked the nurse who took her back to hold her hand while she had the IV placed because she was scared. That did not happen and she was left alone after being hooked up to monitors. Dear Eric: I hope you are really reading this. You have a lovely team at Virginia oral & Facial Surgery in the Short Pump location. All are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, relateable and just plain kind to their patients. Everyone is friendly and nice. Even the money folks and the folks that are going to hurt you!
