I hope this reaches the office. It's such a shame you fired a wonderful Dr for Prescribing pian medicine for patients that has validated reasons to be in pain !!!!! I hope all her patients left and went elsewhere! She was the best Dr I have ever met ! After 30 years going from Dr to Dr, Ms Smith seen me looked at me and new I had lupus jus by looking!! All these years I finally got a answer ! If anyone has any information to where she went?
Dr Smith is the kindest woman I ever met. She treated my mother who was very afraid of new doctors and was always in terrible pain from rheumatoid arthritis for years before coming to Dr Smith. But the doctor made her feel comfortable and at ease instantly and treated my mother who became 100% pain free. I highly recommend this amazing woman to anyone.
Dr.Smith is a angel,she saved me in 2021, she is so sweet and very knowledgeable,I wish I could still see her.She will be missed by me and all her patients at North Grove.I just wanted to say Thank you so much.
When Dr. Smith left the practice, I called for my medicine refill and they took it upon themselves to change my prescription dosage without letting me know in my chart or by phone to let me know why the dosage was changed. Your office lost an excellent provider, And we are left with doctors who do not apparently care about our treatment plan. Is this office closing???
Dr Smith’s team was incredibly compassionate and helpful! Dr Smith is an absolute gem! She was well prepared, obviously aware of all the previous notes and tests. She was incredibly engaging and validating, understanding the mental/emotional concerns and spent time educating about benefits from changing diet. The holistic approach was a game changer for us! We received more hope in 1 appt, than we’ve experienced after 2 months of counseling.
What a breath of fresh air! I am impressed with how knowledgeable Dr. Smith is, in addition to how kind and empathetic she is. I can’t rate her highly enough.
The office staff are nice. Dr. Smith is a wonderful and caring doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients.
I have visited three doctors and had multiple blood test in reference to an issue with my hands, fingers, and wrist. Dr. Smith is the first Physician that took the time to review all my labs, truly listen to my concerns, and think outside the box for a solution. Her patience and knowledge helped me get on the right path with my health issues. I slept all night for the first time in several year. She is a superhero in my book.
Wonderful! Dr. Smith was truly a Godsend to me. She was able to explain what other Drs. couldn't about my conditions. She was a wealth of knowledge to me and worked with me to find a treatment plan that I could tolerate. The office staff was always professional and kind. I have been seeing her for 6 years.
