Dr. Smith is a wonderful doctor, all around. She has diagnosed my problem and successfully treated me where I have tried every doctor in town and no sure diagnosis could be made. I will and have highly recommended Dr. Smith to alot of people. The only thing that is frustrating is I have been calling their phone number for a few days and it's telling me the phone has been disconnected and I need the dr s. Dr. Smith is wonderful. She is very knowledgable and takes time with her patients. I cannot say anything but good about Dr. Smith. I am a professional nurse and very competent in knowing, a good doctor.

Office staff were rude and incompetent. Incorrectly planned my appointment and I had to take off for this appointment that I never got to go to. Trying to call for an appointment is a waste of time. Even with a referral she still has to "consider" if she wants you as a patient. I have been waiting a year for a rhuematologist appointment and 5 months for this one. Absolutely angry at this clear show of incompetence. Would never recommend this doctor and the pain of having to go through the rude staff members.

I had a referral from doctor to see Dr Smith. She denied seeing me. I couldn’t even get an appointment. The receptionist asked my reason for the referral(chronic pain and fatigue). I told her my doctor was wondering if it’s fibromyalgia or an auto-immune disease. The receptionist put me on hold and said the doctor said I didn’t meet her criteria. Wow! First time in my life of being refused treatment let alone a consultation appointment. Unbelievable. Now I understand all of the negative review
Dr Smith was highly recommended although having to go into her office or calling there (wait time of approx 30-45 minutes) is a horrible feeling. Her front desk receptionist is the most rude individual I have ever encountered in a professionals office. She will not allow you to speak to doctor n if you leave a message with your concerns you will never get a return call. I never knew this but if you do not call to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours you will be dropped as a patient.
Dr Smith was treating me for osteoarthritis a while back and since I hadn't been to see see her they said I need a referral . I went to my primary Dr and he gave my the referral. When i called for an appt the receptionist said she couldn't give me an appt cause Dr Smith doesn't treat osteoarthritis. What? So when do receptionist turn down a referral from a Doctor? She obviously thinks she's a doctor! My health is between me and the doctor and not the rude receptionist.
This Dr does not even deserve 1 star. She is totally unprofessional and has no bedside manner. She has spoken of other patients to me and uses them as examples of what not to do. Her staff is extremely rude and don't care how they treat patients. Today was my last visit with her and when I tried to calmly tell her how I felt, she simply stood up and said, "okay, you can ask your primary to refer you to someone else". Then walked out of the room. No apologies for her staff or my concerns. RUDE!
