Friendly staff, Great interaction; Definitely recommended to others My experience with Dr. Heinzelmann and his staff was excellent. He was honest and straight forward, explained everything in detail and in layman's terms, answered all my questions before I even asked them, and was friendly to boot. His staff was very competent and thorough and friendly as well. My highest complitments.

A job well done I went in scared and nervous for a noted painful procedure. I was given comfort, support and gentle hands. The procedure was not as bad as I thought and was very professionally executed. I will be a lot less anxious for the next procedure as well as confidant with the doctor and his team.

Great experience from the moment I contacted office My 17 year old Son is going to be needing dental implant after an accident. All dentists and Dr.s that have seem him prior to this have approached the procedure in a very confusing and scary manner. Dr.Heinzelmann was very friendly and informative in his approach and spoke directly to my son not over him to me. Michelle is very helpful also in coordinating all the pieces that will need to be completed prior to this procedure. I would recommend .
