There’s not enough space here to write about Kassi’s excellent service. She was there for my questions and requests from beginning to end. She had my back throughout the grueling process of acquiring a loan for an out of state home purchase. She was professional and patient with me, as I myself was feeling exasperated with a process that I am not familiar with.
