Phenomenal experience. Kassi was very knowledgeable, but in a way where she was able to break things down for us. This process can also be overwhelming at points, so she did a great job of filtering things so a point we could understand what was happening and what we needed to do. Her speed was also highly impressive and very appreciated due to our situation.
