I have never had a mortgage adviser work so hard for me! She explained everything to me and every question I asked, no matter how trivial, meant something to her. She made the whole process "worry free". I would highly recommend Kathy to a first time home buyer, or a divorced person trying to get a fresh start. She has a helping personality.

Kathy was recommended to me by my real estate agent. She was passionate about what she does and was able to answer all my questions about the loan process. She even helped me save a bundle of money by having me take an online class about mortgages. Finally, anytime I spoke with kathy she was always excited about helping me, especially when I bought a house she seemed genuinely happy for me.

Kathy Cooley is the most fantastic mortgage lender I have ever worked with in my 15 year career! We've been working together for over 10 years and she takes care of our clients with honesty, integrity, and amazing care. Not only is she awesome at communication and explaining every detail, she has the experience and knowledge to put together loans for all styles of buyers. From self-employed/business owners and investors to first time and repeat buyers. She knows how to understand a tax return and use the numbers properly for approving self-employed! She closes on time, is accurate in her work, provides our clients with multiple options if available, and is the best problem solver and strategist I've ever met. Working with Kathy is like working with a best friend who has your absolute best interest at heart. She is super responsive, provides a thorough explanation of options and the pros and cons of each, and most of all she is accurate and timely. Even with a last minute change to our loan, Kathy closed on time in three weeks. I will always refer friends and family to Kathy!
