I have never had a mortgage adviser work so hard for me! She explained everything to me and every question I asked, no matter how trivial, meant something to her. She made the whole process "worry free". I would highly recommend Kathy to a first time home buyer, or a divorced person trying to get a fresh start. She has a helping personality.

Working with Kathy is like working with a best friend who has your absolute best interest at heart. She is super responsive, provides a thorough explanation of options and the pros and cons of each, and most of all she is accurate and timely. Even with a last minute change to our loan, Kathy closed on time in three weeks. I will always refer friends and family to Kathy!
