Kathy walked us through our first home loan and answered all of my questions the whole way through. I called her at the last minute because we had decided to not renew our lease, giving us two months to move out! Kathy was able to get our VA loan approved in record time, and we are able to move out before our lease is up. She was quick with the per-approval letters, which helped us be competitive in our bidding as well. I will recommend Kathy to anyone I know who is looking for a mortgage advisor. Kathy was very helpful. She listened to what I needed and provided me with options based on those needs. It made it so easy to decide which option was best for me. I never felt like there might be something better that might not have been covered. We were planning on moving to a smaller home in the spring or summer of 2018. We happened to find the perfect home in January. Kathy was so wonderful in getting all the paperwork and my loan was approved within days. We even signed our escrow documents 4 days before the close of the house since she had every thing ready to go ahead of time. She is a wonderful person and the best of what she does.
