Kathy was very responsive and helpful - I used her expertise to get pre-approved and, of course, through my close. She provided very good support for a very quick offer (saw it on a Sat. - bid was in by 4pm Monday) and when some modifications needed to be done and the title re-signed she took the lead for ensuring that my time was taken into consideration and brought the papers to me herself. She is very pleasant and a pleasure to work with during the stress that buying a home brings!
