This is the third time I've refinanced with GM, and the second time with Kathy, to take advantage of reduced loan rates over the years. This last refi has been the smoothest experience yet. She is clear, attentive, and organized. Their secure server for document uploads and e-signing procedure is safe, convenient, and simple to navigate. Overall a very professional and easy experience.
