Kathy and her team were excellent in both knowledge and communication. There are a lot of moving pieces to our financial portfolio and life that are not as clean and traditional as most and Kathy and her team helped us to navigate the necessary documents and underwriting procedures needed to ensure the loan. Even though it took more time than expected, I truly appreciated the thorough approach that Kathy and her team provided.

Kathy's service is great. However my realtor and I sometimes find Janet a bit combative. For example I asked for the name of our Title company and she proceeded to tell me all the locations I could find it rather then stating it. The company name did not have the word title in it so I was unsure. but we had to go back and forth. I would use Kathy again. This is our second time using her. My realtor will not and not because of Kathy.
