Kathy's service is great. However my realtor and I sometimes find Janet a bit combative. For example I asked for the name of our Title company and she proceeded to tell me all the locations I could find it rather then stating it. The company name did not have the word title in it so I was unsure. but we had to go back and forth. I would use Kathy again. This is our second time using her. My realtor will not and not because of Kathy.
