Kathy and her team went above and beyond to meet my needs as a first time home buyer. She was always available to answer my questions one time or a thousand, large and small. She helped to make this process easier than I thought it would be. Although we never met in person, I could tell Kathy really cares about each of her clients individually and to receive that lever of personal service in today’s world is hard to come by, and it speak volumes as to her level of commitment to doing good work.
