By far the best choice for a lender! I was working with the builders choice of lender and that was a huge mistake. No communication and no customer service. I felt as if I was doing it all on my own. Kathy and her team were very professional and thorough, and they made the process painless for us. We were previously buying a new construction and had completed most of the financing steps with the builder's in-house financing team, before deciding to walk away because of service problems. We were referred to Kathy and we hit the ground running, making up a lot of lost time within a couple of days, and we made it through close without any problems at all. VERY happy with this fine team's work!
Kathy and Beatrice were amazing and patient and kind. They explained things in a slower way to us which is very important since this is our first home purchase. Sometimes the lingo for buying a home is above a normal person vocabulary and Kathy and Beatrice were so wonderful and informative. Regardless of all the phone calls and repetitive questions....
