It was an awesome experience very professional and proficient the staff were always very informative and knowledgeable they kept me informed on all of the paperwork I needed and helped me fill out everything that I needed to it was great knowing that they were handling my business.
I lived in Chesterfield, Michigan and going to be relocating to Killeen, TX. My daughter looked for a house while I was making the arrangements. She found a 3 BR / 2 BA home in NW Killeen that was affordable with the help of VA. She got in touch with a realtor who walked the paperwork through. When Kathy Gaitan found out that I needed a lender to make the loan possible, she did her very best to make sure it happened. I am very grateful for all that she has done. I am in the house and happy.

There were times I called and no one returned my call. More of a clear picture of what someone will pay. I know this one is more difficult to do with interest going up and unforeseen things. Paying more than wanted.
