There were times I called and no one returned my call. More of a clear picture of what someone will pay. I know this one is more difficult to do with interest going up and unforeseen things. Paying more than wanted.
Not using E-mail for everything it’s like talking to a computer
Charging me interest after seller did not finish repairs on closing date is inappropriate. Also do not tell buyer not to appraise home if it actually will save them money.
Kathy and her entire team has been very informative and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. They always answer your questions in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend them to everyone who needs mortgage services. They are awesome.
