My son have been going to Katy Dentist from since he was 3 years old. The staff have always given a personal touch in the care that we receive.
We have been using this dentist for 13 years now with all of my kids and can’t say enough good words about them. Great staff great kids atmosphere my kids are counting months to go back and everythig is just right about this facility
I came here as a child and I now bring my child here. The staff is wonderful and always on top of things! Dr. Hollenberg is great and I always trust what he recommends for my child. I would definitely recommend bringing your children here! Two thumbs up!
Very professional and caring!
First of all the appointment took us 3 hours to get through, which is ridiculous. My little kids had been super preparing themselves to visit the dentist. They were expecting to sit in a dental chair, which apparently they only sit in for the cleaning, not when the dentist examine their teeth. For that they sit on your lap with their head in the dentist lap. I can't describe how weird that was and how much if freaked out my kids. How hard is it to look at them in a chair? Dr. Ko is patient and very caring with my kids especially my son with autism. Dr. Ko and her nursing assistants did a fantastic job today cleaning my son teeth. Very professional and efficient! The front desk receptionists were awesome as well! Thank you!
Everything was fine until as of 10/23/18, my son was able to be seen by Dr. KO who seem to have great customer service, great connection with children etc. She stated my son needed 3 crowns and an oral sedation, I needed to make an appointment for AM. When they brought me the paperwork the amount out of pocket I needed to pay was too high for us, she told Me To think about it and to please call back. The one of the ladies in the front office is very rude. Every time we have an appointment for a cleaning (nothing else) we end up being there for about two hours, if not more. It's unorganized and they overbook.
The one who assisted my so. Did not even talk to me (mother).
