The one of the ladies in the front office is very rude. Every time we have an appointment for a cleaning (nothing else) we end up being there for about two hours, if not more. It's unorganized and they overbook.
The one who assisted my so. Did not even talk to me (mother).
My son has an emotional disturbance and always has very high anxiety about going to the dentist. He has been here several times before . This time however, the staff did not seem to be sensitive to his needs and prolonged his wait time causing undo anxiety and stress. He was made to wait unnecessarily.
