Our loan officer gave us excellent service and keep us updated through the process. Process was easy communication was very good. Updated on a daily basis. I have referred them to relatives already and will continue to.
Not happy anymore. The process was pretty fast and easy. My interest rate went up daily until the day we finalized but I ended up saving money each month. Now, several months later, I’m getting calls from a past creditor that was supposed to be paid off but was short and is in jeopardy of affecting my credit report. It may not be directly her fault this happened but I’ve left Katy several messages to get this fixed and I can’t get a return call from her.
