Great experience Process was easy. Katy is friendly and accommodating. Katy made arrangements for me as I was out of town. Greatly appreciated her and the extra help.
Smooth, efficient process. Katy was friendly and patient with all of our questions. She checked in with use almost daily, giving me updates on where we were in the loan process and telling me what to expect next. She was sensitive to helping us get what we wanted, not just a good commission for her.
