Smooth, efficient process. Katy was friendly and patient with all of our questions. She checked in with use almost daily, giving me updates on where we were in the loan process and telling me what to expect next. She was sensitive to helping us get what we wanted, not just a good commission for her.
Stellar Experience The entire process went smoothly and even when we were not sure about moving forward they were patient with us. All in all a 5 out of 5 star experience!
