RecommendedHad a rental car that needed to be towed due to a malfunctioning alarm system. We had been assigned another tow truck company and they never showed. After two hours , We were finally swapped to Kauffs. The dispatcher called me took down sone basic info. He told me a driver would be there as soon as possible. Sherman arrived very promptly to pick up the car. Literally about 15-20 min. He was very friendly knowledgeable and seems like he enjoys his job. Thank you for a great towing experience
We just had the absolute pleasure of meeting one of your drivers who came up to Lake City, FL to (we assume) help with storm recovery. Our special needs teenager was beyond interested in your oversized wrecker. When we asked if it was OK for us to walk around the truck and show it to her, he took the time to explain to her what he does and how the truck works. He made her day and ours! A little kindness and compassion go a long way and he gave a lot of both! Thank you!

My mom, Maria Garcia had a tire with low tire pressure today. She drove home and called Geico. Geico sent Sherman 545 to inspect the tire and help us. Sherman was very kind and knowledgeable. 5 Stars
Got to have Raul Jr. and another young man( unfortunately I can't remember his name)move a medical trailer for me today at Kendall medical center in Miami. As usual they did a great damage free job. Your Port St Lucie center sent David to my home in Jupiter to take my car to the dealership in Stuart. David, the young man that came was great…he had to manually move the car to the flat bed because it wouldn’t start. He was polite and very kind! I can’t say enough about David who came to tow our RV today. He has been with Kauffs for 17 years and truly loves his job. He was so kind, friendly, patient, and thorough. He is an incredibly hard worker and does it all with a smile. He handled our RV and our property with such care and concern. He walked us through every step and was very encouraging when he had to do a few things to get the RV loaded. They are the best, they were very cautious loading my truck and took very good care of it. Excellent service and very polite and freindly people. If you have the choice on who you have tow your vehicle I totally recommend them. I couldn't have asked for anyone more nice and polite to me, appreciate you all very much from the lady who was at the widow to the gentleman who pulled my truck up!!!!
