I unsuccessfully tried to get my Dad’s car out of Kauffs of Palm Beach car jail. Three different people told me I could use his property power of attorney (POA) but today a foolish employee refused it. My Dad has been hospitalized for over a month and asked me to take care of this for him. He signed the POA in 1995 and the notary’s stamp expired in 1997.
