Completely incompetent couple of people I dealt with. From showing up two hours late to a presheduled lift appointment, to completely disappearing w/o a word when the wrecker driver decided he didn’t really want to do the job he was hired to do... I did with my regular truck tractor, what they couldn’t seem to accomplish with a heavy wrecker. My mind is blown, and they’re an embarrassment to the industry!
On dec 18, my vehicle was in an accident and of course this place was called to tow away my vehicle. I was told by the police that their yard was safe and secure. Well guess what that's a total lie because there were tools taken from my vehicle and other personal property as well!!! You call yourself a reliable company but you have people who steal other people's property!!!!! Beware of these ignorant people who would do such a crappy thing!!! A really pissed off individual
My husband had a very bad experience with a dispatcher named Tamika (?) today. She was extremely rude and unprofessional 😡😡😡 He has had a relationship with Kauffs for over 20 years. Well, so long Kauff’s, you are not the only rodeo in town!!!
The girl Jennifer in the office is the most ignorant woman I’ve ever spoken to. Very unprofessional. Has no answers that were helpful to me at all. No suggestions for what I should do with my totaled car except leave it on her lot to accumulate $35 a day charge. That she will suspend my license if I don’t pay her. They are no help to anyone there just money hungry greedy people. They could’ve easily called me to let me know I was being charged $35 a day per my car sitting there. I understand that this company like any other is there to make money but I guess they have no room to help those who are in need. After a long time struggling financially I finally got enough money saved that allowed me to buy a car as a investment. My car was towed over the weekend. The guy that towed it was friendly. The people in the Stuart office are not. Horrible experience. Got treated like I was stupid. She gave me a horrible attitude the whole time I was there. This was my first experience with a wreck, and tow place. She treated me like crap. I would not recommend going back. She failed to get me to sign another form I needed resulting in my car sitting there until Wednesday. She could have easily called. But that would mean less money in her pocket.
