Rented one of their properties for 1 year 5 months before im move other provinces . It was beautiful and very comfortable! kay four property helped us in any way we need. Amazing and quick response to requests, reliable and definitely recommended! I think communication makes a huge impact with the renters and is very important, safe to say they definitely established that! Thanks for the wonderful service. I have had a really good experience with Kay Four. I had a problem with plumbing. Destiny at the office got right on it. Courtney the Caretaker was also good about following up. The plumbers came and fixed everything right away. They did a really good job. I have lived here 7 years and am very grateful for their constant support and service. I would recommend them highly. 😊👍
