Rented one of their properties for 1 year 5 months before im move other provinces . It was beautiful and very comfortable! kay four property helped us in any way we need. Amazing and quick response to requests, reliable and definitely recommended! Every week they will ask you to move your stuff from kitchen and rooms. Worst maanagment
A neighbor on my floor is always yelling loud and always drunk and high,they need to do something about it
Even i Dont want to rate it 1star they dont deserve it. Kayfour management mentally harassed me they dont co operate, Dont listen any complaints and issues you facing They just want to rent out suite for a year to make money and when you gonna leave this after they gonna provide bad reference to other leasing companies and you again gonna face issues for find new home 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Rent is more than what the building is worth or offers in amenities, neighbourhood is quiet but neighbours in the building aren’t. Hallways stink. Parking lot leaves much to be desired, not worth $25/mo for a spot that barely fits small sedans and coupes. Costs $5.00 to do one load of laundry and there’s only one washer and dryer per floor. Other tenants in the building are rude and have no courtesy for others.
