Had KB come out to install some overhead fans and recessed lighting. They were upfront about pricing and did a great job. Will definitely use them again
Returning from FL, we discovered lights out in a basement workshop - an area that we use a lot. I called KB Electric and they came that same day - pretty much within 2 hours. They were very upfront about the possibilities of the outage and the cost involved with the outcome. No surprises after the job was finished. The technicians were efficient and remedied the situation promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
Would highly recommend KB Electric. Call was answered immediately and Sean arrived at the exact time scheduled. Sean explained in detail what needed to be done, time it would take and the cost for the service. We were very pleased with his workmanship, and his clean up was immaculate. He gets a 5 star rating and we would definitely call KB again for any future needs.

The guys called before they came out. They were extremely tidy and courteous. They changed our meter box and service timely and did a beautiful job. The price was reasonable. I will call them again.

I am a repeat customer because Will did a great job. Arrived at the scheduled time. Covered all the furniture for installation of the overhead lights and cleaned up before leaving. I have already recommended KB to others.
Had a new meter box put in on July 12. Called first thing in the morning and talked to an ACTUAL person! My information was taken and I received a return call from the owner within 5 minutes. Jake came out to do the work, he was polite, professional and pleasant. He said it would take an hour and sure enough he was done in and hour. The whole experience was pleasant!!!!!
Called and actually got an immediate response. Jake showed up same day and completed the job, on Friday before Memorial Day weekend. I thought I'd get an estimate but he did the work same day put in tremendous amount of time and effort. Highly recommend - polite and a former marine- God bless America
