Technician came to my home very quickly after my call. The work was performed timely and as requested. Another problem was detected and a quote was left for my attention. Shortly after leaving. a related issue was detected. KB responded the next day. made corrections at no additional cost. At all times. the technician was professional. courteous and knowledgeable. The same can be said for the office staff as the clerk was very responsive and made me feel important to them.

Great. The 2 guys worked diligently and professionally. The work was done well and the area was left clean and tidy. The conduit was secured and connected very efficiently for use of the spa. Would hire again.

Great service. Best Buy broke my 220 volt wall socket delivering a new range. Called KB, said they would be out the next day, arrived and Sean did and outstanding job replacing the wall plug. Super service, reasonable pricing, and fast response. Never used them before, but from really good reviews, happy I did. Now I have a great local electrician that can be trusted.

Returning from FL, we discovered lights out in a basement workshop - an area that we use a lot. I called KB Electric and they came that same day - pretty much within 2 hours. They were very upfront about the possibilities of the outage and the cost involved with the outcome. No surprises after the job was finished.
