I wouldn’t recommend if you are a league bowler because everything from the shot to the approaches changes almost daily is what it seems like. Should look for a place with a little more consistency. The employees and the people who run the place a great though
I can't help but feel we were treated so poorly simply because we were a large group of Black people. We came to this location to celebrate a family member's birthday. When we first walk in, there wasn't a pleasant greeting. It was let me check your temperature. There's nothing wrong with having your temp checked, but how about hello, welcome to KC Bowl, would you allow us to check your temperature? Customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. Rude younger AND older employees. Came here for a nice family night just to have attitude thrown at every one of us. Get rid of your crap employees. Don’t appreciate it at all.
Used to like this place. But has since hired crappy employees who have nothing but attitudes. Get rid of them.
this was my 1st time ever bowling in a league. i really enjoyed the summer league up till the end. the fact that you allowed your employee to sit there and antagonize the opposing team of her boyfriend is highly disrespectful and unprofessional. after all im a paying customer and she gets paid to do a job. i understand socializing with the bowlers, but this is supposed to also be fun. Rude service and you have to pay $ no matter what to get in even if you’re not bowling. That doesn’t make sense.
We took my boyfriends mother to this establishment for her birthday and won’t ever be back or recommend someone to go here. Not only did we pay 13.00 for someone who didn’t bowl. We also received THE WORST customer service we’ve ever received anywhere. When we first started our screen froze told a worker and it was fixed. When we started our second game about three turns in our bowling pins would NOT reset. Customer service is terrible. There was a cop there that literally scoped our our section. Sitting behind us. Made us feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable! Then he goes to get a staff member and they are just sitting there watching us. FINALLY the staff member tells a couple people from our party that they need bowling shoes � really??
