Sean, I'm sorry that your bowling session didn't start on time. We do our best, but occasionally we have to adjust to allow the league bowlers to finish. Regarding the end time, you were stopped at 8:59 because the session is scheduled to end at 9:00. We have to free the lanes for our Cosmic Bowling which starts at 9:30. This place absolutely sucks. The guys behind the counter are douchers that don’t know anything about customer service. Nobody should come here. It’s crap. There are many other places to bowl where they actually accommodate large groups and make it fun.

The damn score thing isn't working for crap. If you hit 9 out of 10 it likes to revert to either saying you hit 4 or saying you hit 6. Not good when your playing with a 9 and 5 year old

We are sorry for your scoring issues. The new scoring installed this month has had a lot of start up problems. But please come back and try again. The past two days we have had the installer back and he has been able to get most of the issues fixed.
Never coming back. We paid $30+ to bowl 6 games for 2 people yet they won't give us water for free. @rick the manager, that's so stupid and petty.

Audrey, KC Bowl charges 25 cents for water to cover the cost of the cup, lid and straw. The water is free and can be refilled as often as you want. We also hope this helps avoid unnecessary waste so people will bring their cup to be refilled rather than toss it.
We were there for the first time this weekend. Great family deal on Saturday night. The only problems we had were trying to start the second game. It started over on our 6th player and it was like he was the only one bowling. The employee we got wasn't very nice about helping us and told my daughter that "you're not in your regular place now". Carol, Correction, you were on time from 7 - 9 pm. My mistake. But if you were in the 10th frame, check with the front counter as they may have been able to allow the lane to be turned back on to finish that frame. Thank you.
Bad customer service. Refused to give me a snow one. And very rude. Supper unhappy.
