This place absolutely sucks. The guys behind the counter are douchers that don’t know anything about customer service. Nobody should come here. It’s crap. There are many other places to bowl where they actually accommodate large groups and make it fun.
The damn score thing isn't working for crap. If you hit 9 out of 10 it likes to revert to either saying you hit 4 or saying you hit 6. Not good when your playing with a 9 and 5 year old
Never coming back. We paid $30+ to bowl 6 games for 2 people yet they won't give us water for free. @rick the manager, that's so stupid and petty.
We were there for the first time this weekend. Great family deal on Saturday night. The only problems we had were trying to start the second game. It started over on our 6th player and it was like he was the only one bowling. The employee we got wasn't very nice about helping us and told my daughter that "you're not in your regular place now".
