They stripped almost all of my lug nuts when I got all 4 new tires replaced by them..
Recommendedfirst I want to say I have usually always had great service here. well Monday morning was a different story. not only was the staff super late.... I had them take my winter wheels and tires off to put back on the rims and tires I bought from them. I got on the highway and there is a definite vibration that was not there before. I turned around to have them fix the problem. I paid $40 to get wheels put on. then told it would be $12.50 a wheel to balance them. I think $90 is way to expensive to mount and balance tires ... read more

Hey Alan we are sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your experience with us. I'd like to first start off with the balancing issue. Normally when we balance wheels there IS a charge of $12.50 and up per wheel. After realizing you had just purchased your wheels not to long ago from us you were told upon leaving there would be NO CHARGE for said service. The $40 in labor to swap "summer sets" to "winter sets" and visa/versa is just what we always have charged for that service. IF you were charged that by mistake please ... read more
