RecommendedI showed up today to look at wheels and they showed me some that I liked and next thing I knew they were on my truck. All the employees are great and down to earth people it was great watching them change out the rims and tires on my 2004 Chevy Silverado. It was so great that I’m going back to have them put some new ones on my 2015 Nissan Armada man the staff is great. Incredibly poor practices used when installing wheels. You are definitely not supposed to use an electric impact to tighten lugs nuts or bolts down! I went back for them to loosen them for me since i couldn't. The owner came out yelling at me for leaving a bad review and refused to fix what they had done wrong. Never take a vehicle here unless you'd like terrible customer service and your vehicle to be potentially damaged!!! Just stay as far away as you can!

I would say something to the sorts of "you came to us with your own equipment. After market Aluminum wheels and sensors. We installed and after advising you that you needed after market lug nuts you insisted we install your factory lugnuts on for now. Before you left 3 representatives again advised you that using factory lugnuts was not safe nor a good idea. If you pay cash for your tires, they do not keep records of your purchase. So the warranty they offer does not apply.

KC rim shop a an employee that work there named Willie Shane Hunter he has no drivers license and he steels out of ur cars. and he drive customer car so he can take there things.
All about the dollar not about your safety!! Huge waste of time. Several lies through out the conversations with the owner. We will not be back!!! I’m sure they can do this for a while but they will put themselves out of business!!!

Where is the 0 star review! Was rude to me from the get go since I wanted to finance! Wanted to convert away from my factory air ride. That plus a tire replacement. And I was buying an amplifier. A total of $1850. But would not explain the terms and conditions of the financing details like fees for full term. Or early payoff discounts. Decided to do the work and agree to finance was told it would be 2 days for the major purchase install.
