At first I thought I would be able to get grant money to help with closing. Then I couldn't. Then somehow Keith was able to get the grant money through a VHDA Loan. It made my closing costs a lot lower than expected and helped a lot. I was always able to contact him with any questions. He was easy to reach. I learned a lot.

Where do I start! I had been loan shopping with Keith at Atlantic Bay and 3 other well known and reputable lenders in the Hampton Roads area. I received similar financing responses from the other 3, but Keith went in depth with me to find out more how I wanted to structure my loan and came up with 2 especially creative recommendations that would allow me to 1. Keith helped me with my first property a few years ago and the experience was amazing. This is my second property that I buy and he again went far beyond of what I could’ve ever expected. Keith is a great lender who sat down to hear our concerns and worries. He a personable lender that thinks of client first and not the closing. We went through two contracts and 6 months home shopping. Through it all he stuck next to us kept checking in on us. He went out of his way to take care of us and we were so appreciative. We would and will recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy in the Hampton Roads and North Carolina areas.
