Keith Yeargin is outstanding! He is honest, upfront, and dependable. He reliably returns your phone calls (almost immediately) and works diligently for you! Keith has been my NC / VA mortgage lender for my last two homes and I don't believe I'll ever want to work with someone else. Keith displayed great customer service and was patient when I would ask him to walk me through specific questions concerning loan options sometimes more than once. He was also very willing to work around my work schedule and easy to get a hold of. I also greatly appreciated when he was unavailable he was upfront about scheduling issues and would try to schedule something that was convenient for me.
