Kiki's was alright. I will start with food, they had no smoothies or hash browns so instead I had an apple cinnamon waffle that was oversweet but tasty. The coffee was ass, sorry but it was. THE OMLET WAS SO GOOD. The chipotle sauce was very good. Server was kind but always panting like he was in a big hurry. The decor was odd. Felt a little uncomfortable but the Highlands Ranch mural was nice. It was good but not great.

Great local place to go for a quick bite to eat. Lots of options, friendly staff and one of the best waffles I've had at a breakfast spot in this area.

The restaurant is clean and was just changed to kekes. The inside decor was not changed much and it is still out dated looking. The staff of this restaurant are amazing. From the greeting at the door to the quick service at the table. Everything seemed like it was running smoothly and the the services was fantastic. This spot is great! The atmosphere is very minimal and calm, the food was very good, and the service was incredible! Alberto was phenomenal very tentative even though he was very busy. 10/10 will be coming again!
