This spot is great! The atmosphere is very minimal and calm, the food was very good, and the service was incredible! Alberto was phenomenal very tentative even though he was very busy. 10/10 will be coming again!

We came here on a Saturday morning. Alberto served us waffles, two omelettes, and black coffee. The food was tasty and well prepared. The portions were generous. Most importantly, Alberto was the bomb. His service was pleasant - he was courteous and friendly. We would definitely come back again!

Were headed to Target over the weekend and drove past this new breakfast place. Got a chance to try it out this morning. Highlands Ranch is a bit short on simple, non-gimmicky breakfast places. My wife and I found this place to be simple, with good food and cheerful service. We'll be back.
