I just order chicken and waffles from there, and they gave me now whipped cream like its supposed to have with it, and instead of they spicy syrup they gave me grape jam, wtf is up with these kekes restaurants in lakeland just giving you what they want. That was my last time ordering from kekes in Lakeland again.

Today was our first day trying KeKe's Breakfast Cafe. We ordered a quantity of 2 of the Florida Pancakes to go. The pancakes did taste good. But online it shows that each order has 3 pancakes. Since we had 2 orders of it, we assumed we would get a total of 6 pancakes, 3 each. We only got 1 pancake each, 2 total. $31.98 before tax for only 2 total pancakes is definitely on the expensive side. My husband asked and they said the order was correct. So $15.99 per pancake. Waffles should be crispier, crunchier. Decent coffee yet nothing to write home about. Not real maple syrup available. Keep some even if you charge extra for it

Very over priced for what you get we will stick to fatjacks we went very expensive for breakfast service was okay I got eggs and potatoes potatoes were not good only thing that was is the coffee

Never got to the food. Due to waiting for over an hour. There was only 3 other people in the cafe and they were complaining how their food was burnt. -update as I'm typing- come to find out, my family and I food has been sitting in the waiting window getting cold. Then the manager doesn't even know how to do a refund. Ridiculous.
I can't really review anything for this Keke's in Lakeland. I've been to the one in cape coral and it was great. Best pancakes ever! But today we stopped in Lakeland. We were told 45 min wait and it was a mistake to stay. We waited 40 checked time and we're politely told it's probably another 30-35 minutes. We left. What a waste of time. Said they were short staffed. So the food was probably good as we'd expect, but I can't comment on that. Sorry
I want to give a positive review but it is really 50/50. Waitress was nice and totally tried her best to right the situation. Friend ordered an omelette and I ordered a BLT. Omelette looked good and the hashbrowns were decent. My BLT? Not so much. It came out a full 5mins after the Onelette. It looked like just 2 pieces of toast.
