Husband and I went this past Monday around 11. Looking for a place to still get breakfast in the area and did not want fast food. Always looking to try new places. We found out they have only been open a few weeks. The atmosphere is very clean and bright and not loud. Nice decor. Eggs Benedict, pancakes and sliced potato's were very good and came out quickly. Coffee also very good. Nice clean restaurant and everyone gets a booth seat.

gotta save the 1 stars for the truly awful places so this place gets 2 stars simply because on my first visit just now I was served cold coffee. not cold brewed, a cold cup of coffee. I told the person at the counter of the issue. She offered to make a new pot but I told her I didn't have the time. she said, "ok.". No apology. no offer of refund. it left me with the feeling of, "Thanks for your $5.00 donation". It took 15 mnt for our coffee, OJ and waters to come. I thought they had to juice the oranges themselves, but it wasn't fresh orange juice. Scrambled eggs are something like scrambled well done omelette. Homefries potatoes has no flavors. Toasts are good enough. There were only 3 tables occupied when we got there, I don't understand what made us waiting so long for our drinks. Total disappointment!

Internal policies and zero autonomy for the manager, triumphs over customer experience. My group of 8 asked to be seated in a half empty restaurant. Apparently only one section of the restaurant can accommodate 8 people and we were asked to wait. Despite calling ahead and confirming there was no wait for our group. We came into kks around 9am to get something to eat. Our server took our drinks and left, we both went to the bathroom (keep in mind we left for less than 30 seconds) only for us to come back to another server ( a white lady with dirty blonde hair in her 30s with lip injections ) taking away my partner and I's menus. The waitress made sure to let us know how tired she was and literally SAT DOWN in our booth to take our order. All we had was eggs over easy with hot table sides - easiest thing on the menu. The hostess are horrible and clueless. They are unable to basic math. They need to have a manager at the Hendersonville location. The food is unseasoned, so if you are on a diet it's great.

The food was good but service was excruciating slow. We arrived around 11:15am and ordered 4 dishes and they didn't arrive until 12:30pm. The restaurant wasn't busy and only a few diners were inside. Asked for to-go boxes after paying the bill and we didn't get it until 15m later. Not sure what was going on but seems the staff just forget or not being attentive to customers.
