We ate here a few months ago it was great. We ate here today and waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived we had a long black hair in the food and when I mentioned it the server told me it was the 2nd time she's heard that. Our burgers had nothing on them besides cheese bacon. Fries were old. I don't blame the server We tipped still. We won't be back. This was a nightmare.

I visited this place since day 1 but I'll never return. Took too long for food to arrive. Waffle was hard and tenders over cooked. when I addressed with manager she took $8 off but I had to wait 15 minutes more for a new waffle. My time was valuable and she couldn't understand how $8 off doesn't remedy anything. I had a party of 3 so I'd always bring people but never again.
Service was not available I went in I got seated at a table the server waited on 3 tables before me and never came to my table I went in a Monday for brunch I never got spoken too I never was asked for my drink order I was never approached and it really felt very disrespectful I stayed calmed and watched as the server got every table but mine so I hope whoever goes to this place is recognized

I waited 45 minutes for a table. I waited 45 minutes for my breakfast. It never arrived. And then, after paying and leaving a tip, I apologized for having to go back to work... I left and started walking down the sidewalk to my job in the same shopping center and decided to call Keke's breakfast cafe and ask if someone could bring my food to the place where I work. We stopped in for breakfast to close out our Nashville trip. Our waitress, Marsha, was lovely--very warm and personable, which made the experience feel more welcoming right off the bat. Between us, we tried the chicken and waffles, two build-your-own omelets, a western omelet, grits (both regular and cheesy), and home fries. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite deliver. Walked in at 10:45am Sat at 10:50am Ordered food for a group of 4 Food took so long at 11:58am we said that we wanted the food to go because we had a meeting to make At 12:15pm we walked away with our food. Order was wrong and food was missing. Not a good experience probably won't be returning.

Service was good. Food was overpriced. Hamburger meat was thin and very dry. They charged an extra $1.45 for a thin slice of tomato!!! Probably will not go back there.

Our time at Keke's was the worst time I have ever had. We waited an hour and thirty minutes for eggs Benedict, French toast, and buffalo wrap. And the lady who was serving us kept spilling the drinks. And the only good thing about the food were the fries everything else was so bad.
