Internal policies and zero autonomy for the manager, triumphs over customer experience. My group of 8 asked to be seated in a half empty restaurant. Apparently only one section of the restaurant can accommodate 8 people and we were asked to wait. Despite calling ahead and confirming there was no wait for our group. We were flexible and suggested our group take two booths side by side. And was told no. Two different server sections and "policy " would not allow the split of servers. We came into kks around 9am to get something to eat. Our server took our drinks and left, we both went to the bathroom (keep in mind we left for less than 30 seconds) only for us to come back to another server ( a white lady with dirty blonde hair in her 30s with lip injections ) taking away my partner and I's menus. She said that no one was at the table and had an attitude. The waitress made sure to let us know how tired she was and literally SAT DOWN in our booth to take our order. All we had was eggs over easy with hot table sides - easiest thing on the menu. The rush was over yet it still took 40 minutes. Crappy greasy diner jelly in the plastic cups. Really??? Update: This standard corporate BS response shows how arrogant and overrated this place is. The hostess are horrible and clueless. They are unable to basic math. They need to have a manager at the Hendersonville location. The food is unseasoned, so if you are on a diet it's great.

The food was good but service was excruciating slow. We arrived around 11:15am and ordered 4 dishes and they didn't arrive until 12:30pm. The restaurant wasn't busy and only a few diners were inside. Asked for to-go boxes after paying the bill and we didn't get it until 15m later. Not sure what was going on but seems the staff just forget or not being attentive to customers.

The wait was about 30 minutes the waitress was not at all attentive we had to ask for refill. I had to ask for knives to butter on our pancakes and waffle the waffle was cold. The butter wouldn't even melt on it. The food just wasn't very good. I've been to other locations that has been wonderful.

We ate here a few months ago it was great. We ate here today and waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived we had a long black hair in the food and when I mentioned it the server told me it was the 2nd time she's heard that. Our burgers had nothing on them besides cheese bacon. Fries were old. I don't blame the server We tipped still. We won't be back. This was a nightmare.

I visited this place since day 1 but I'll never return. Took too long for food to arrive. Waffle was hard and tenders over cooked. when I addressed with manager she took $8 off but I had to wait 15 minutes more for a new waffle. My time was valuable and she couldn't understand how $8 off doesn't remedy anything. I had a party of 3 so I'd always bring people but never again.

Service was not available I went in I got seated at a table the server waited on 3 tables before me and never came to my table I went in a Monday for brunch I never got spoken too I never was asked for my drink order I was never approached and it really felt very disrespectful I stayed calmed and watched as the server got every table but mine so I hope whoever goes to this place is recognized
